Asian Paints Ltd. (Paints Division)

You can find us over at Plot No. 2702. We handle the paint side of things here. It is a big operation with lots of cans and colors everywhere you look. Working with paint means there is always a certain smell in the air, but you get used to it after a few minutes. We spend most of our time moving stock around and making sure the right batches are ready. It’s not really the kind of place with a lot of decorations, just a functional space where the work happens. People come and go throughout the day, mostly delivery trucks or folks checking on orders. We have a routine that we stick to so things don't get too messy. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a big shipment comes in or goes out, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's funny how many different shades of one color there can be when you really look at them all day. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings or anything like that. It is more about the physical work of managing the paint division here. The sun hits the front of the plot in the afternoon, making it pretty warm, but that's just part of being here. We are just a group of people doing our jobs and making sure the inventory is where it should be. We just keep going.
