We’ve been at Plot No. K1-209-3-A for a while, right near the GEB office. It’s a busy spot with trucks moving around all day. Usually, the day starts early, getting the gear ready and checking what needs to be lined. It’s mostly hands-on work with tanks and pipes. We don't have a fancy office. Just the shop floor where the real work happens. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it's hot outside and the air gets thick, but we just keep at it. People stop by asking for help with their equipment, and we see what can be done. It’s a lot of manual labor, cleaning surfaces and applying the materials. We’ve seen all sorts of wear and tear over the years. The address is easy to find if you know where the GEB office is. Most of the guys here have been doing this for a long time, so they know the routine well. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork. There's always a stack of materials in the corner and someone working on a part. It gets noisy sometimes with the tools running, but that's just how it is. We take our breaks together near the door and talk about whatever is going on in the area. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We try to keep things organized but in a workshop, things tend to get a bit messy by the end of the shift. Then we clean up and do it again.
