Alvin Rubber Products

Alvin Rubber Products is based at Plot No. 1308. We have been here for a good while. The space we have is filled with all the things we need to do our daily work. It’s a busy environment and there is always something that needs attention. Whether it is moving materials or checking on a machine, we stay on our feet. The walls are a bit scuffed and the floor has some stains, but that is because work actually happens here. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We just need a roof over our heads and a place to put our tools. Most of the guys have been working at Plot No. 1308 for years. We are like a small family. We share lunch and talk about the news. It’s not a complicated life. We don't have big meetings or presentations. We just talk across the floor when we need to say something. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot to do, but we always manage to get through it. Alvin Rubber Products is just a simple business doing its thing. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just show up every morning and put in the hours. It’s a decent place to be and we are happy with how things are. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
