We are over at Plot No. 3203. It's a pretty big site and there is always something going on. Being a lab, things have to be kept a certain way, so it’s a bit different from the fabrication shops nearby. We spend a lot of time on the technical side of things. It’s not all science and white coats though; there’s plenty of regular work like moving crates and keeping the facility running. The building itself is functional. We don't have any flashy signs out front. Most people who need to find us already know where we are. It can be a long day when we have a lot of testing to get through. We don't have a big fancy lounge for breaks, usually we just grab a quick tea and get back to it. The area around Plot 3203 is mostly industrial, so it's not exactly quiet. We’ve got a routine that we stick to. It keeps things from getting messy. We don't really talk much about visions or anything like that. We just focus on the batches and the specs of what we are putting out. It’s a lot of repetition, but it’s important. We just try to do a solid job every day and make sure the place stays organized. Sometimes the power flickers and we have to reset things, which is a pain, but we manage. It's just the daily life here.
