Our place is at Plot G-9 in Patel Chambers. We are tucked right behind the Central Excise Office in the G.I.D.C. area. It’s a very industrial neighborhood, which is perfect for what we do. We’ve been running Anuraj Enterprises as a straightforward local business for quite some time. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s just us answering the phones and making sure orders go out on time. Being in G.I.D.C. means we work with a lot of other businesses nearby. We see the same faces every day at the local tea stalls. The office is functional and maybe a bit dated, but it serves its purpose. We deal with various equipment and supplies that people in this sector need. Most of our day is spent checking inventory or talking to transporters. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If something is going to take a week, we tell you it takes a week. That’s how we’ve built up our reputation around here. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace of the industrial district. Sometimes we have to stay late to wait for a delivery, but that’s just part of the job. We know the area well and try to help our customers solve their supply problems.
