We do electroplating here at Ankur Electroplating Industries. It’s a tough job and your hands never really stay clean for long. We’ve been doing this for a long time. The workshop is usually humid because of the tanks and the steam. We have a set of regulars who bring their parts to us. They know we don’t have a front desk or a waiting room. You just walk in and talk to whoever is near the vats. The process takes time, and we don't like to rush it because that's how mistakes happen and parts get ruined. We deal with metal all day long. It's heavy and can be sharp, so we have to be careful when moving things around. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. We don't use much technology besides the machines we've had for a decade. They still work fine if you treat them right and oil them. We aren't a big company with a lot of departments. Everyone does a bit of everything, from unloading the parts to dipping them and then packing them back up for the customers. It gets loud with the fans and the bubbling, so we usually have to shout to be heard. Most of our days are spent checking the finish on the pieces under a lamp. If it doesn't look right, it goes back in for another round. We don't have a fancy logo or a marketing team. We just have our reputation in the local industrial area.
