Ambica Chemicals

At Ambica Chemicals, we are over at Plot No. 1408-1409 in the G. I. D. C. area. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to breathe, which is good because things can get pretty packed when a new shipment arrives. It’s not a glamorous job, and the work can be quite repetitive, but it’s what we know. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is sitting where it’s supposed to be. The buildings are older, and they have that specific smell that comes with an industrial chemical site. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to make us look like a high-tech laboratory. We’re just a bunch of workers in boots and heavy shirts. The G. I. D. C. is a busy place, and we’re right in the thick of it. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things, so there’s a shared understanding of the noise and the mess. We don't put out fancy reports or have big board meetings. Most decisions are made right there on the shop floor while we’re looking at what needs to be moved. It’s an honest, no-frills environment. We’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts through the estate to avoid the traffic. We just keep to ourselves, handle the daily business, and make sure the gates are locked tight before we head out for the night.
