Our place is located right at Sntri Chawk in the Banarpal area of Angul. We go by the name Mistry Construction Co. Pvt.Ltd. and we’ve been part of this Orissa community for a long time. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see a lot of maps and stacks of paper. It’s not a very polished environment, but it’s where all the actual work gets planned. We handle various construction projects around the district, which means we spend a lot of time on the road or out in the sun. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We don’t spend much time on fluff or corporate talk. We mostly discuss things like sand quality, concrete mixes, and how many guys we need for the next phase. The local weather plays a big role in what we do, so we are always keeping an eye on the sky to see if rain will stop us. When we aren't at the site, we’re back at the Chawk, making sure the bills are paid and the next load of bricks is on its way. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We’ve built a lot of relationships with people in Banarpal over the years. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of offices, just this one main spot where we try to do things right. It’s about being reliable and showing up even when the work is tough or the weather is bad. We keep our tools and folders organized as best as we can in this little room.
