L&Tecc Division,U.T.C.L Ph-2, Tadipatri

Our setup here in Angul is a bit of a mixed bag because the work links back to the Tadipatri projects but we are physically based out of Rajkeshorpada. I’m Sahadev Sahoo, and I handle things from this end in Orissa. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but this is where the base is. We deal with a lot of the ECC division stuff, mostly focused on the phase 2 work. The office here isn't anything special to look at. It's mostly just desks, a few old computers, and stacks of reports that need filing. Living and working in Angul means dealing with the weather and the local pace, which can be slow sometimes. We try to keep things moving though. Being part of a big name like L&T sounds impressive, but on the ground here, it’s just us trying to make sure the logistics for the U.T.C.L project don't fall apart. It’s hard work and the days can be long when shipments are delayed or paperwork gets stuck. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. It's just a few of us in a regular building in the district. We know the neighbors, and they know us. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the next deadline. It’s a straightforward job, and we do what we can with what we have here. We usually just eat our lunch at our desks and get back to it.
