Our setup is right in Nalco Nagar, over in Angul. We use one of the quarters, B/1380, as our main spot for handling project stuff. If you have been to the township here in Orissa, you know it’s a pretty specific kind of environment. It’s a mix of residential life and the heavy industry stuff that happens all around us. We’ve been running Essel Projects out of this location for a bit now. It is basically a lot of desk work, planning out where the workers need to go and what materials are coming in for the current jobs. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It is just a regular place in the township where we sit down and get through the paperwork. Living and working in Angul means you are always aware of the big industrial plants nearby, and that kind of sets the tone for our days. Sometimes things get a little chaotic with deadlines, but mostly we just keep a steady pace. People drop by to discuss logistics or just to check on project statuses. It’s a very local feel, where most of the guys know each other from around the neighborhood or from previous jobs. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We handle projects, we stay organized in our small space, and we try to make sure everything gets done without too much fuss. It is a simple way of working that suits the township life.
