Dev Earthmovers & Tractors

Down in Paranga Angul, near the Durga Hotel, is where we keep our shop. It’s a good landmark because everyone around here knows where that hotel is. Our place is easy to spot once you get close because of the heavy machinery parked out front. We deal mostly with tractors and earthmoving equipment, so we need a fair bit of space for all that iron. The ground is mostly dirt and gravel, which turns to mud when it rains, but that’s just part of life here. We spend a lot of time outside under the sun, looking at engines or checking tires. It’s hard, physical work and you can’t really do it without getting your hands dirty. We have a small office near the back, but it’s mostly used for storing manuals and keeping the sun off our heads for a few minutes. Angul is a growing place, and there’s always some construction or farming going on, so we stay fairly busy. We aren't fancy people, and we don't have a big marketing budget or a website that looks like a movie. We just have our tools, our knowledge of these machines, and the space near the Durga Hotel. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers or farmers who need something looked at. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a few years now.
