Aadya Engineering Works

Aadya Engineering Works is located on Kanchan Talkies Road in the Amalapada area of Talcher Town. It is right near the Government Hospital, so there are always ambulances and people moving around outside. The road can get very congested, especially during the day. Our shop is a practical place where we handle a lot of different mechanical and engineering tasks. We have been here for a long time and the building has that lived-in feel. There are old spare parts tucked into corners and calendars from five years ago still hanging on the walls. We do not worry too much about the look of the place as long as the tools are working. Talcher is a working town, and we fit right in with the grit and the noise. The guys here usually have grease on their shirts by ten in the morning. We talk to the local shopkeepers and sometimes share a meal in the back of the shop. It is a small community on this road. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around or use the manual tools until it comes back on. That is just part of living and working in this part of town. We do our best with what we have and keep the machines running as much as possible. It is a simple operation and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss.
