Our place is tucked away in Singaravelan Nagar, over on 3rd Street in the Angeripalayam area. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't from around these parts. We’ve been running this textile business for a while, mostly dealing with the usual fabric stuff that happens in this part of the city. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building, just a regular office and work area where we keep track of everything. The address says No 16, and we share the street with a lot of other small shops and homes. It’s usually pretty loud outside with the trucks and bikes going by, but inside we just focus on getting the orders right. Sometimes the shipments are late or the weather makes things difficult, but that is just part of the textile life in India. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how things go without having to talk about it too much. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea near the entrance while we wait for the next delivery. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy brochures or a lobby with a receptionist. We just do the work, count the meters, and make sure the bundles are packed properly. It’s a bit dusty with all the cotton around, but it's home for us here in Chukaplli Pitcham Pudur.
