Down at 417 Paravoor Road in Karumalloor, you’ll find our small office for Tk Associates. We are located in Aluva, and it’s a pretty calm spot compared to the bigger cities. We mostly deal with local folks who have lived here their whole lives. The office is simple, just a couple of wooden tables and some chairs for visitors. We don't use much fancy technology, just a computer that’s a few years old and a lot of notebooks. I’ve lived in Aluva for a long time, so I know the roads and the people around Karumalloor well. People stop by to chat about land or if they need someone to help them navigate the local paperwork for their homes. It’s not high-pressure work. We take our time to make sure we understand what’s needed. Sometimes we are out of the office checking on a site or meeting someone at the tea shop nearby, so it’s always better to call ahead, though the door is usually open. We keep track of the local property values just by talking to the neighbors and seeing what’s actually being built. It’s a small operation, just a way to make a living and help people out with their property needs in this corner of the world. We don't have a big sign, just a small one by the door, so you have to look closely when you're driving down Paravoor Road. It gets quiet in the evenings.
