Donbosco Hospital

Donbosco Hospital has been a part of North Paravur for a while now. We are tucked away in this part of town, dealing with the daily flow of patients coming in from the nearby villages and the town center. It’s a general hospital, so we see a bit of everything. From the early morning when the first patients start lining up to the late-night emergencies, there is always something going on. The building is older and has that typical hospital smell that you can’t really get rid of. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. The doctors and nurses just focus on their shifts. It can get quite humid here, and on rainy days, the corridors get a bit damp from people’s umbrellas. We have a cafeteria that serves basic food, and it’s usually full of families waiting for news. It’s not a five-star hotel; it’s a place where people come when they are sick or hurt. Most of our staff live nearby, so there is a lot of local talk in the halls. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, it can feel a bit crowded. We just keep moving and doing what needs to be done. It’s a plain, functional place that serves the people living around North Paravur. People come here because they know we will do our work without any extra drama or high costs for things they don't actually need.
