Chaithram Agencies is located in Puthenkulam, right in the Paravur area. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big cities. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while now. The building is simple, just enough room for the stock and a small desk for the paperwork. Most of what we do involves handling orders for the local shops and people in the community. We don't have a large team. Usually, it’s just a few of us moving things around and making sure the delivery truck is loaded correctly. Life in Puthenkulam is peaceful. You see the same people every day and everyone knows who you are. We don't have a big mission statement or any of that. We just want to make sure the supplies get where they need to go on time. Sometimes the monsoon makes the roads a bit tricky, and we have to delay things, but people around here understand. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just chatting with whoever stops by the office. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. The inventory is what matters. We keep track of everything in our ledgers and try to stay organized. It’s a small-town agency and that suits us just fine. We do our work, close up in the evening, and that’s a day done for the team here.
