Kappa Engineering Pvt Ltd is located at 270/2 in Madapatna Village, which falls under the Haragadde Post near Jigani. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space we have. The surroundings are a mix of industrial spots and some leftover greenery from the village side. We have been operating from this site for quite some time now, focusing on our engineering work. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we keep our equipment and handle our daily operations. Every morning starts the same way with the gates opening and the staff settling into their routines. We do a lot of technical work, so there is usually a lot of focus needed in the workshop. It can get pretty quiet out here in Madapatna compared to the city center, but the work keeps us plenty busy. We deal with various engineering projects and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery gets delayed because the driver can't find the village turn-off, but we usually sort it out pretty quickly. We are just a group of people who know how to work with machines and parts. There is no corporate talk here, just plain English and hard work on the floor every single day. We like the way things are out here in the village and just keep our focus on the tasks we have.
