Huhtamaki P P L Ltd

We are located at Plot No 21, 22, and 23 on the Bommasandara - Jigani Link Road. It’s a major industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity and heavy vehicles moving around. Huhtamaki P P L Ltd is a fairly large site, but we try to keep things grounded. We have a lot of people working across these three plots, and it’s a busy environment from morning until night. The machinery can be quite loud, so it’s not exactly a peaceful place to spend the day, but we’re used to it. We don’t go in for those corporate videos or glossy annual reports. We’d much rather focus on the actual work being done on the floor. The link road can be a real struggle with the traffic, especially when there’s construction or a breakdown, but we all make it in eventually. Once we’re at the site, we just get stuck into our daily routines. We’ve been part of this industrial belt for a long time, and we’ve seen many other businesses come and go. We have a solid crew of workers who know what they’re doing, and we mostly just let them get on with it. We take our lunch breaks together in the canteen and talk about regular stuff like cricket or our families. It’s a straightforward workplace where the main goal is just to keep the machines running and the production on track every day.
