Stores Supervisor

I’m the son of J. Rama Chandra Reddy, and I work as a stores supervisor out in Kotapado village, which is in the Sirvel Mandal of Allagadda Taluka, Kurnool district. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say where I’m from, but it’s home. My job involves overseeing the supplies we keep out here. Being in a rural area means you have to be extra careful with what you have, because getting replacements can take a long time. I spend my time checking the sheds and making sure the farmers and workers get what they need. The village is quiet, mostly. We don't have the big city rush, which I like. I take my role seriously because people around here depend on these stores for their daily work. I grew up watching how things are run, and now I’m the one holding the keys. It’s a lot of dusty work, especially during the dry season when the wind picks up across the fields. I don't have a big office or anything, just a small space with a table and my records. I try to keep everything sorted so I can find things even if the power goes out. It's a simple life, but it’s honest. I know everyone in Kotapado, and they know where to find me if a gate is locked or a tool is missing. It’s about being reliable for the community and doing the job right.
