Our M/S.Jsw Cement Ltd location isn't in a big city. We are based out of V.M. Hatti, which is near Bemalkheda in the Humnabad Taluk of Bidar district. It’s way up in the northern part of Karnataka. Being out here means we are close to the actual operations. The landscape is mostly open fields and small villages. It’s a quiet place compared to a city office. We are part of the larger JSW Group, but our daily life here is very local. We deal with the cement side of things. Our office is simple and stays pretty dusty because of the trucks and the nature of the product. The roads out here aren't always the best, especially when the monsoon hits, but we manage. People in Bemalkheda know us well. We have a small team and we all work together to keep the logistics moving. It’s a long way from the corporate headquarters, and that shows in how we run things. It’s more about the practical side of getting cement where it needs to go. We have tea breaks together and talk about the local weather or the harvest. It’s a very different vibe than working in a skyscraper. We like it here because it feels real. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a corner of Karnataka, keeping an eye on the loads and making sure the trucks get out on schedule every day.
