Tameer Constructions,Arjuna Constructions,Al Yaseen Cad Academy

We run a few different things here in Hyderabad. There is Tameer Constructions and Arjuna Constructions for the building work, and then we also have the Al Yaseen Cad Academy. It sounds like a lot, but it all sort of fits together. We spend some days on the construction sites making sure the labor is on track and the materials have arrived. Other days are spent at the academy helping people learn how to use CAD software on the computers. Hyderabad is growing so fast that there is always a demand for both building and technical skills. Our office space is a bit of a mix. We have blueprints lying on the tables and students sitting at the monitors in the next room. It can get a bit hectic when both sides of the business are busy at the same time. We are just a local setup and we don't have a big corporate office in a tower. It is more of a workshop feel where we actually get things done. We have been doing this for several years now. Some of the guys we trained at the academy even ended up working on our construction projects later on. It is a practical way to run a business. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on the phone. We don't really have any big plans to change things, we just want to keep working and teaching.
