Our place is located at Hig 32 in Sector I. The door number is 1-45-2. It’s in a residential-style sector, which makes it a bit quieter than being on the main highway. We use this building as our regional base here in Andhra Pradesh. It’s a decent-sized house that has been converted into office space. We have the main hall set up with a few desks for the accountants and the engineers. The rooms upstairs are mostly used for storage and keeping our records from old projects. We have a small yard in the front where we park a couple of the company jeeps. The neighborhood is pretty friendly, and we know most of the people living on our street. We don’t have any fancy corporate branding on the building, just a small plate near the gate. It’s a practical setup. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out visiting the different construction sites in the area. When we are in the office, we mostly just drink coffee and catch up on the paperwork. The walls are a bit stained from the rain, and the furniture is nothing new, but it gets the job done. We like being in this part of the city because it’s easy to get to the main roads without getting stuck in too much traffic. It feels more like a home than an office. We just take things one day at a time and keep the projects moving.
