Distribution Manager

The office is right here in Y.S. Nagar in Proddatur. It is K. Suresh’s place, specifically 2/855-13. Most days, it is quite hot outside, so we stay indoors doing the paperwork and managing the stock that comes in and goes out. The street is usually busy with people moving around Kadapa district. It is not a big fancy setup. Just a regular desk, some chairs, and a lot of phone calls. We have been in this spot for a while now. Sometimes the tea stall down the road brings us drinks in the afternoon. People come by to ask about their orders or just to check on things. The walls are painted a simple color and we have a fan that makes a bit of noise but keeps the air moving. Dealing with distribution means you are always looking at lists and checking addresses. Proddatur has its own pace, and we just follow that. It is mostly about making sure the right things get to the right people without too much fuss. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the house number and the name. It feels more like a home office than a corporate building. Usually, Suresh is around handling the main bits, and the rest of us just help out where needed. It is practical work. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep things moving every day from this little corner of Andhra Pradesh.
