Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Our office is right there in Komarada, across from the Rama Mandir. It is a well-known landmark, so people don’t usually have a hard time finding where we are. Ch. Srinivasarao is the person usually looking after things at this location in the Vizianagaram district. It is a bit of a different pace here compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Delhi. We are right in the middle of the local life in Andhra Pradesh. The temple bells are a regular sound in our day, which is actually quite nice. We aren't a high-rise office with elevators and glass. It is a simple building that serves its purpose for Simplex Infrastructures Limited. We deal with whatever comes through the door, whether it is equipment issues or payroll stuff for the local workers. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, but we just wipe the desks and keep going. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We talk in a mix of Telugu and English mostly. Everyone around here knows us, and we know the tea seller and the shopkeepers nearby. It is a community-based way of working. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some project charts. That is enough for us to stay on track throughout the year.
