Zuari Cement Ltd Yerraguntla, Cuddaph

We’ve been here at E6 / 4 in the Zuari Cement Colony for quite some time now. Yerraguntla is where we do our thing, specifically in the Krishna Nagar area of Cuddaph. It’s a busy spot. Most of us live right here in the colony, so work and home are pretty much the same place. We make cement. That's what happens here. The plant is a big part of the landscape in this part of Andhra Pradesh. People know us by the name Zuari Cement Ltd. We don't really do much fancy talking or big ads. We just focus on the bags of cement going out every day. The roads around here can get a bit dusty with all the trucks moving in and out, but that’s just how it is in an industrial town like Yerraguntla. We’ve got a lot of families living in the colony, kids going to school, and folks just trying to get through their shifts. It’s a straightforward life. If you’re looking for us, you just head towards Krishna Nagar and look for the colony signs. We’ve been part of this district for years. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. The heat in Cuddaph can be something else in the summer, but the work doesn't stop. We just keep the machines running and make sure everything is handled. We are just a local operation doing our part for the industry.
