Our office is situated on Plot Number 747-B in the Devinagar area. It is located just off the New Sanganer Road in Sodala, which is a part of Jaipur. This area is usually very busy with bikes and cars zooming past at all hours. We are based at the site associated with Shri Krishan Kiradoo. The building looks like a standard house from the outside, but we have converted the inside into a workspace. We have three or four rooms for the staff and a small table where we sit for lunch or quick meetings. It feels a bit more like a home than a strict corporate office, and that suits us just fine. There is always plenty of activity on the street outside, so there is never a dull moment. We handle the infrastructure projects for this region from these rooms. Most of our day is spent looking at site reports or dealing with the payroll for the local crew. The Jaipur heat can be quite tough, especially during the middle of the year. We do not have any expensive marketing posters on the walls. It is just a lot of maps, calendars, and work schedules pinned up. We try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. People occasionally stop by to drop off letters or ask about open jobs. It is a grounded place where we stay focused on the tasks.
