You can find Soma Enterprises in Santaravuru, over in the Prakasam District. We are located right with the Union Bank of India as a landmark, which helps people find us since the streets don't always have the clearest signs. P. Karthieya and the rest of the family have been part of this for a long time. It is a very local operation, rooted right here in Andhra Pradesh. The office feels more like a part of the house than a corporate space. We have old wooden chairs and a lot of ledgers because we still like writing things down by hand sometimes. It feels more real that way. The village atmosphere is quiet, though you can hear the farmers and the local traffic throughout the day. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People know us because we have been here for years. We handle our business slowly and carefully. There is no rush to grow too fast. We just take the orders as they come and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the rainy season, but we just keep going. It is a simple life and a simple business.
