This place is over in Shakti Nagar on Street Number 1, near the Shankar Nagar post office in Raipur. We operate from here, even though a lot of the bigger operations are linked back to Devapur. It is a bit of a distance, but this is where the local coordination for Chhattisgarh happens. The house is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. Mostly, it is just us handling the paperwork and the local distribution details from this street. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for getting through the logs and the receipts without too much distraction. Sometimes people get confused because of the Devapur link, but we’ve been at this Raipur address for a good while. Shri N.K. Verma’s family has been here, and we just run the business side of things out of the same space. It's a practical setup. We handle calls from contractors and see to it that the supply lines are moving like they should. Every morning we check the shipments and talk to the drivers. It isn’t fancy work, just a lot of checking and re-checking lists. The mail comes to the Shankar Nagar PO, and we usually walk over to pick it up. It’s just how we have always done things around here, keeping it local and steady without any big fuss or complicated systems.
