Vijayawada Thermal Power

Vijayawada Thermal Power has an office here in Visakhapatnam near the Naval Coastal Battery Junction. P. Appareddy and M. Nagarathnakumari are the ones you would likely talk to. We are located in Prince Apartment, specifically Block No-1, Flat No-4. It is right near the beach, which is nice when you need a break from looking at power plant schedules and reports. Even though the name says Vijayawada, we handle a lot of the work from this side. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and folders we have collected over the years. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different technicians and engineers. It is a serious job and there is always something that needs fixing or checking. Living and working so close to the ocean means things can get a bit humid, but the view near the junction is worth it. We are not a corporate giant with a glass tower. We are just a few people working out of a flat trying to keep things running. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure the thermal power stuff is on track. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll just find us working at our desks surrounded by piles of paper. It is practical and honest work that we have been doing for years and we just get on with it.
