We are over at 162, Amzari Park in Visakhapatnam. Our office is quite close to the Naval Base P.O., which makes sense given the kind of marine aids and appliances we handle. Being in a port city like Vizag, there is always a bit of a salty breeze in the air, though it can get really hot and sticky during the summer months. The building at Amzari Park is a standard setup. We have shelves packed with different parts and technical manuals for the equipment we supply. It’s not a very big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or checking the inventory. We have the ISO certification, so there is a lot of logging and record-keeping that takes up our time at the desks. The office is usually a bit cluttered with boxes and shipping labels. Most of us have been working in the marine sector for a long time, so we are used to the pace of things here near the base. Visitors usually find us easily because the naval base is such a well-known landmark in this part of Visakhapatnam. We keep a few chairs for guests, but mostly it is just a workspace for us to manage the orders and make sure the appliances are ready for whoever needs them. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work every day without any fluff.
