This is the Hyderabad office for M10 Builders. Even though our name mentions Qatar, a significant amount of our back-end work happens right here in India. It is a bit of a mix of tasks, really. We handle a lot of the project planning and the heavy number-crunching from this side of the operation. Hyderabad is a great place to be based, especially with all the new construction and development happening all around the city lately. Our office space is not anything too special or fancy. It is just a practical place where we sit down to look at blueprints or talk to different vendors on the phone. Sometimes the day gets a bit chaotic because of the different time zones we have to manage, but we usually find a way to make it work. The people here are used to the daily grind. We drink a lot of coffee and try our best to stay on top of the messages coming in from the sites. The building trade is tough work, and there are always things that do not go according to the original plan. We just deal with those issues as they come up. It is not about being corporate; it is about making sure the work keeps moving forward. Most of us have worked in this industry for a long time, so we know how things go. It is just honest work every single day, trying to stay organized and keep everything on schedule.
