Uqaab Construction Private Limited is located up in Soaf Shali, which is near Kokernag. We have got our office at Rayees Ahmad Ahanger’s place. Being in Anantnag, particularly this part of it, means we are surrounded by hills and trees. It is a beautiful place to work, though it can be a bit isolated when the weather turns. Our address is 192202. We aren't a huge team, just some local guys who know how to build. We have done all sorts of jobs around Kokernag. Construction isn't always clean work. Most days we come home covered in dust or mud. That is just the way it is. We do not have any fancy brochures or a big sales pitch. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are. We've spent a lot of time making sure things are done right, even if it takes a bit longer. Sometimes we have to wait for supplies to come up the road to Soaf Shali. You learn to be patient in this business. We handle the paperwork and the planning ourselves. It is a small-town kind of feel here. We know the local landscape and what works for the ground in this area. We just keep our heads down and work.
