UMARTASHU CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Umartashu Constructions Private Limited is based out of Bona Pora in Nepora. We operate from Nisar Ahmad Ganie’s place. Anantnag is a busy area, and there is always something needing to be built or fixed. We have spent a lot of time in the 192401 zip code area. Working in construction means you spend most of your time outdoors. It gets cold here in Jammu & Kashmir, and sometimes we have to stop for the snow. But when the weather is good, we are out there from sunrise. We aren't some big corporate firm with a glass office. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our files. Most of our work is done with our hands. We know the roads around Anantnag pretty well by now. You see the same faces every day. We just try to stay busy and keep the jobs moving along. Sometimes things do not go exactly as planned, maybe a delivery is late or a machine breaks down. That is just part of the life. We do not make any big promises, we just do what we can. People in Nepora know us as local workers. It is a simple life, really. We take care of the paperwork at Bona Pora and spend the rest of the time on the sites. It keeps us busy and out of trouble. Just local people doing construction work for the community. We've been at it for years and plan to stay.
