We are situated in Iqbal Market in Anant Nag. If you’ve been to the market, you know it’s a central part of life here. Sweet Sales Corporation has been operating from this spot for a good amount of time. We aren’t actually selling sweets, despite the name, it’s more of a general sales business. The market can be very busy in the mornings when everyone is getting their supplies. It gets quite cold here in the winter, so we usually have a small heater going in the shop. The space is filled with boxes and stock that we move in and out every day. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work. People from around Anant Nag come to the market for everything, so we see a lot of different faces. We don’t do any big advertising or anything fancy like that. We just open the shop, talk to the customers, and manage the inventory. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes the supply trucks are late and we just have to wait around.
