Rk Construction And Builders Private Limited is based out of Peertakiya Achabal in Anantnag. We are located care of Mohammad Sultan Kumar, right near the J & K Bank. This is where we handle all our business for the 192210 area. Being in Achabal, we are surrounded by a lot of history and beautiful spots, but our work is mostly about the grit and dirt of construction. We build things because people need them, whether it is a small wall or a bigger house. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. We have some desks, some ledgers, and a lot of boots that are usually covered in mud. Most of the time you won't find us in the office anyway. We are out at the building sites in Anantnag making sure the work is actually getting done. We are just a group of local builders who know how to work with the stone and timber we have here. We try to be fair and do the job right the first time so we don't have to come back and fix it later. Word of mouth is important to us in a place like Peertakiya. If we do a bad job, everyone knows. So we just stay focused on the work at hand and try to keep things simple and honest for everyone involved. Sometimes the weather in Anantnag stops us for a few days, but we always get back to it as soon as we can.
