RAYOU CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Rayou Constructions Private Limited is a small outfit run by us here in Verinag. We’re based at House Number 14 in Dudwagan, which is where Subzar Ahmad Roy and Mohamad Maqbool Roy handle all the business stuff. Verinag is a famous place because of the spring, but for us, it’s just home and where we work every day. We aren't a large corporation with lots of departments. It’s mostly just family and a few workers from the village who know how to get things done. We focus on construction projects around Anantnag and the nearby areas. It’s honest work that keeps us on our feet. Sometimes we are building a simple house, other times it’s something for the local community. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our jobs come through word of mouth because people in the valley know who we are. We like it that way. It’s more personal when you’re building something for someone you might see at the market the next day. The winters here can be pretty quiet because the snow stops most of the outdoor work, so we spend that time planning for the next year. We keep our tools and our records at the house in Dudwagan. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Jammu and Kashmir. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep going and provide for our families. It’s just us doing what we know best.
