Katoo Constructions Private Limited

Katoo Constructions Private Limited is based out of New Colony in Harnag, which is in the Anantnag area. Khurshid Ahmad Katoo is the one who really keeps everything running here. We have a small setup in the colony where we keep our records and meet with people who need work done. Anantnag is a place where you really have to know the local conditions to get anything built right. We have a crew that has been together for a while, and we all know how each other works. It makes the long days at the site a bit easier when you are working with people you trust. We don't really go for any of that corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes there are delays with the materials or the rain stops us for a few days, but that is just the way construction goes. We have worked on a lot of different projects around Harnag and the nearby villages. It is good to see something you built still standing years later. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit down and figure out the budgets and the schedules. We prefer being out where the actual work is happening anyway. It is a local business and we plan on keeping it that way, just doing honest work for the people around here. That is all.
