Ishfaq Bricks

Down in Ananthnag, you will find Ishfaq Bricks. We are set up near the J B Memorial Hospital, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find our location. Because of the hospital being so close, there are always cars and people moving around on the street right outside our gates. It gets a bit noisy during the middle of the day, but we are used to the sound by now. The air in Ananthnag can be quite sharp and cold in the winter months, and we certainly feel it since we spend so much of our time working outdoors. Our business is very straightforward. We deal with bricks and we stay busy with all the local building projects going on around this part of town. We don't use any fancy slogans or have a glossy brochure to show people. If you come by to see us, you will probably see us wearing old clothes that are covered in dirt and grit. That is just how it goes when you work with these kinds of materials every single day. We have a small shed where we sit when the weather gets too rough to stay outside. Inside, there are just some wooden chairs and a desk that has seen better days. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who have lived in this area for most of our lives. We know the roads well.
