Darz Construction Private Limited operates out of Takia Bal in Anantnag, c/o Reyaz Ahmed. We are a small group of builders who have been working in this area for a while now. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; we just use a simple office space to keep our records and meet with people. Our focus is mainly on local residential and small commercial projects throughout Anantnag. We aren't the type of company that uses a lot of marketing jargon or tries to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local crew that knows how to handle a trowel and a cement mixer. Reyaz oversees most of the daily operations, and he’s usually the one you'll talk to if you have a question. Building here can be tricky because of the terrain and the seasonal changes, but we've learned how to adapt. We try to keep our work honest and our prices fair for the locals. There’s no secret to what we do; it’s just about showing up every day and putting in the effort. We don't have a big website or social media presence because we'd rather spend our time on the job site. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we did for their neighbors. We’re proud to be a part of the Anantnag community and plan to keep building here as long as there is work to be done. It’s a simple life, but it’s good work.
