Bhatt Clinic

Our clinic is located right near the Masjid in Jammu and Kashmir. It’s a very central spot, and you can always hear the activity from the street outside. We have been here for years, and the building has seen a lot of history. It’s a simple setup inside. We don’t have those fancy electronic check-in screens or anything like that. You just walk in and we write your name down. We see a lot of people for general sickness and small injuries. Being near the Masjid means we get a lot of foot traffic. People stop by after prayers or on their way to the market. It’s a busy life, and there isn't much downtime. We usually have a kettle going for tea in the back room. Sometimes the waiting area gets quite full and people have to stand, but nobody seems to mind too much. We try to give everyone the time they need. It is not a corporate medical center with a bunch of rules and policies. We just do our best to help the folks who live nearby. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we spend our time on the patients instead. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we have become a part of the local scenery over the years. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in today with whatever is bothering them.
