Living and working in the Old Town area of Anantapur is something else. Our place at D.No:23/56 is usually filled with conveyor parts and different components stacked up wherever there is space. It gets a bit crowded inside but we know where everything is kept. If you are looking for a specific roller or a belt part, we probably have it buried somewhere in the back. The streets around here are narrow and things move a bit slow when there’s a lot of traffic. We spend a lot of our time just organizing orders and making sure the right pieces go out to the factories that need them. It's dusty work dealing with metal and rubber all day. Most of the guys here have been with us for years and we just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing team or a glossy brochure to show people. Usually, someone just calls up or walks in because they heard we have the parts they need. It's a simple operation really. We open up early and stay until the last delivery is sorted. Sometimes the heat in AP gets to be a lot but we have a couple of fans going and just keep moving. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists over and over to avoid mistakes. Most of our days are spent checking inventory and talking to drivers about where to drop things.
