Winpeopleheart Foundation

Our office is situated at D. No. 27/199/10-1 in Chaitanya Colony, which is part of Dharmavaram. It's a decent area, mostly residential, so things stay pretty calm around the Winpeopleheart Foundation. We aren't trying to be some massive organization with branches everywhere. We just focus on what's right in front of us here in the colony. Most of the time, the work involves a lot of reading and talking to folks who live nearby. We don't have those scripted responses or a front desk person with a headset. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the moment. It’s a very local feel, and that’s how we like it. The building itself is just a standard structure, nothing that stands out too much on the street. We’ve got some desks and chairs and a lot of coffee happens throughout the day to keep us moving. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we make do with what we have. It’s more about the people than the furniture anyway. We like being part of Dharmavaram because it feels like a real community where everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing. There isn't any pressure to sound professional or use big words when we're just trying to help out and keep things running smoothly from day to day. We just stay busy with the work and don't worry about the rest.
