Vijay Leasing Company

So, we are over here at 3/35/1 in Thapovanam. If you know Ananthapur, you know it gets pretty hot during the middle of the day. Vijay Leasing Company has been in this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy building with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we handle leasing stuff. Most mornings start with opening up the shutters and letting some air in, though the dust usually comes in with it. We’ve got a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. People come in from the neighborhood to talk about leasing arrangements, and we just sit down and go through the paperwork one page at a time. There is no big secret to how we do things. We just show up and try to keep everything organized so nobody gets confused later on. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is so quiet you can hear the birds outside in the trees near the Thapovanam road. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and ties. Usually, it is just plain shirts and getting the work done before it gets too late. If the printer isn't acting up, things go pretty smooth. We just focus on what’s right in front of us at 3/35/1. It’s a simple life running a business in Ananthapur, but it keeps us busy enough.
