Varshini Orthopaedic Clinic

You’ll find our orthopaedic clinic over at 10-369 on Sarojini Road. It’s a busy street with plenty of shops, but we’ve managed to carve out a little space for ourselves here over the years. We deal with bones and joints mostly, so you see a lot of people coming in with casts or limping a bit as they walk through the door. The waiting room has some sturdy, heavy chairs because our patients really need the extra support. It’s not a very big clinic, so the doctor is usually just a few steps away from the reception area. We have an X-ray room that stays busy all through the afternoon. The walls are painted a simple off-white color, nothing fancy or decorative. We don't have a coffee bar or a TV in the lobby, just some old health posters and a stack of newspapers that people flip through. The staff handles the billing and the appointments on a computer that is a bit slow and noisy. It’s a practical place. We don't make big promises or use complicated medical jargon if we can avoid it. We just look at the bone on the scan, see what's wrong, and figure out how to fix it. Sarojini Road can be a nightmare for finding a parking spot in the evening, so we usually suggest people come a bit early. It’s just us doing our daily work, helping people get their mobility back. It’s tiring sometimes, but we like seeing someone walk out without their crutches.
