Vardhman Industries Limited

Vardhman Industries Limited is at 874, Main Street in Bonthalapalle. Even though the name sounds big, we are just a group of people working in a factory on the main road. The building is large and has that industrial look with high ceilings and concrete floors. It can get pretty loud when the machines are all running at once. We’ve been on Main Street for years, and we've seen the town change around us. Some of the staff have been here since the beginning. We start the day with a quick meeting to see what needs to be finished. There is always a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around on pallets. We wear our work boots and tough clothes because the shop floor is no place for anything else. At lunchtime, we all sit together in the break area and talk about the news or what's happening in the village. It’s a tight-knit group. We don't have a lot of fancy technology in the office, just what we need to get the orders through. 874 is a busy address, but we try to keep things running smooth. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big deal out of it. It’s just how we do things in Bonthalapalle. The sun sets right behind the building, and that is usually our signal to start cleaning up and heading home for the night. It’s a long day, but it feels good to work.
