The Syngenta Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. office is located at 3-12-65 on the Main Road in Mulakalacheruvu. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. It’s a decent-sized building, but nothing that really stands out from the others on the block. Inside, we have our desks and some lab equipment for the work we do. It’s not like those high-tech places you see on TV; it’s more functional and lived-in. We have files stacked on the shelves and notes pinned to the walls. The air conditioner hums in the background, which is a relief when the temperature outside starts climbing. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how things work. We come in early, check the samples, and spend a lot of time looking at data on our screens. It’s quiet work for the most part. There’s a small break area where we eat lunch and talk about things other than work. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the daily life of the town passing by. Sometimes farmers come in to ask questions or pick things up. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the paperwork and bottles, it usually looks a bit cluttered. It’s a professional enough environment, but it feels more like a local workplace than a big corporate branch. We just do the tasks assigned.
