Srinivasa Ceramics

If you go down Mydukur Road in Proddutur, you’ll find Srinivasa Ceramics right across from Kasetti High School. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time. The shop is filled with tiles and ceramic pieces, stacked up in rows. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying, which keeps us in shape I guess. We see a lot of people coming in from the school area or just passing through Proddutur. The place isn't particularly fancy, it’s mostly just rows of stock and a small counter where we sit. We spend our time showing people the different patterns and sizes we have. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cramped when a new delivery comes in and we have to find space for all the boxes. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we like the people we meet. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the school is still there and we’re still here across the road. We try to keep things organized, but tiles are heavy and messy, so there’s always a bit of dust around. We don't use big fancy advertisements, people usually just know us from word of mouth or by seeing the shop while they're out on Mydukur Road. It’s just a normal day of work for us here, nothing too special about it. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer to come through the door.
