Sri Sai Food Specilities

Sri Sai Food Specilities is located over at 3/238, Gandhi Nagar. We are very close to the Five Star Petrol Bunk, so that’s the easiest way to tell people where we are. We deal with food products here, which means the place usually smells like whatever we are processing that day. It’s a small operation, and we don't have any fancy signs or big glass windows. Most of the work happens in the back where we prepare everything. Gandhi Nagar is a decent area, though it can get a bit dusty with the traffic near the petrol pump. We spend our time checking ingredients and making sure the packaging is done right. It’s repetitive work, but it needs to be done carefully. We’ve had some hot days lately where the fans just move the warm air around, making the kitchen area pretty uncomfortable. We aren't some big food conglomerate; we are just a small outfit trying to get our products out to the local shops. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend hours trying to fix them ourselves because the repairman takes forever to show up. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small business like this. We just keep at it and hope for a good week. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have a small staff and we all pitch in with everything from cleaning to loading the van.
