If you go down to 2-168 Teru Bazar, you will find us right there among the shops. It is a very busy area with a lot of people walking by all day. Our clinic is small, just enough space for a waiting room and a couple of consultation areas. The walls are painted a simple off-white. We have a big desk at the front where we keep the registers. Most of the people who come in are from the bazaar area—workers, shop owners, and their families. They come in with a cough or a fever and wait their turn on the wooden benches. It can get a bit loud outside with the vendors shouting, but we have a thick door. We spend a lot of time writing things down by hand. We don't use many computers here; we prefer the paper files. It’s easier to find things sometimes. The doctor is always busy but takes a minute to ask how the family is doing. That’s the kind of place this is. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big staff. It is just a few of us making sure people get seen. We open up early and stay until the last person leaves. It’s a hard day’s work, but we like being right here in the middle of Teru Bazar. We've seen kids grow up and bring their own kids here now.
