Down here on Gooty Road in Anantapur, our office sits at Door Number 19/9 in the Old Town section. It’s an older building, but it has some character and it works for us. Working in this part of town means things can get a bit crowded, especially on market days. We handle the Splendid Aparna projects from this location, focusing on the local area around Andhra Pradesh. Usually, we arrive early to beat the heat. The office is full of files and old site photos. We spend hours talking to contractors or making sure the supplies are moving along as they should. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been at it for a while. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, so we just sit and talk or take a break. We don't have a flashy reception area. It's just a functional space where we meet people and get our work done. The street outside is always lively with people going about their business. We’ve grown to like the rhythm of Old Town. It feels honest. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the day-to-day grind of construction management. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a document that needs a signature. We just take things as they come and try to keep our projects on track. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do every day.
